Orders shipped to countries outside of the EU  are subject to taxes, customs, and duties. These are not included in the shipping price and must be paid by the customer upon arrival.

We offer various shipping options to ensure your backpack arrives safely and quickly. Please refer to the rates and estimated delivery times below:

1. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom - UK)

We apply a uniform fee structure across the UK, including Guernsey, the Isle of Man, and Jersey, but delivery may take a little longer than to the mainland.

*For orders placed on Friday, Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed for weekend arrival.

2. European Union (EU) Zone

Shipping policies vary slightly by country:

EU Note: For all intra-EU shipments, VAT is included in the purchase price. Customers will not pay any additional taxes or customs fees upon delivery.

All carriers we use deliver on Saturdays, but not Sundays. So if you place the order on Saturday, it will take until Monday to arrive.

If you’ve received your order and it’s not quite right, you have 30 days to return it to us for a refund or exchange.

You'll need to send us your order number and email when you buy from us and the reason you want to return the item. 

Please be mindful that you will cover the return shipping costs. We are here to help, so if you have any questions, please ask us before your purchase.

It’s easy. Go to our Returns Portal, enter your order number (with the “#”) and your email. Select the item, pick “refund” or “exchange”, download your label or QR/-code, pack up your item (with tags intact), and drop it off at your carrier. Do note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from customer total refund.

Discounts do not carry over during an exchange, and the new item will be valued at its full price. We will apply what you paid as a credit, and you will either pay the difference or be refunded the balance.

Yes. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order. After that, we'll still do our best to help, but once your order has entered our fulfillment process, we may no longer be able to cancel it. If this happens, you can return your order after it has been delivered in accordance with our Returns Policy.

We stand behind every CabinZero bag we make. Our limited lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects that stop your bag from performing the way it should. However, certain exclusions also apply. For instance, we do not cover products that have lost their functionality, such as damages that occur naturally due to normal usage, especially wear and tear. Just fill in our CABINZERO Warranty Claim Form, upload a couple of photos, and include your proof of purchase. Once you’ve submitted it, we’ll take care of the rest.

You’ll get a confirmation from us within about 24 hours after submitting the form (be sure to check your spam folder!). Replacements or parts can take up to a few weeks, depending on your location, but we’ll keep things as smooth as possible.

Yes. Our 28L, 32L, 36L, and 42L bags are designed with cabin allowances in mind.

• Our Classic 28L, Classic Tech 28L and Military 28L fit under the seat on all major airlines, including Ryanair, Wizz Air, easyJet, and more.

• Our backpacks in 32L and 36L are considered standard carry-on size across most major airlines.

• Our 42L and 44L backpacks fall within the maximum cabin size for many airlines — ideal for one-bag travel.

28L bags fit:

• One packing cube set

32L and 36L bags fit:

• Or 2 x Large cubes and 1 x Medium Cube
• Or 5 x Medium cubes.

42L or 44L bags can take:

• Two packing cube sets
• Or 4 x Large cubes
• Or 2 x Large and 4 x Medium cubes.

Keeping your CabinZero fresh is easy. Give your bag a gentle wipe using warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Remember to wipe away dust or grit on zippers and buckles, too. For more info, please read on How to Wash and Clean a Backpack Properly? | CABINZERO

After cleaning, air-dry naturally in a cool, shaded place. Avoid direct sunlight, radiators, or tumble dryers as heat can damage the fabric.

They’re highly water-resistant, thanks to coated fabrics. However, do note that they are only designed for drizzle and light showers, plus the coating will fade over time.
